This was created by Robert Steele in the 1990's when it became apparent that top-down secrecy-based government was completely unsuited to reality and the needs for public consensus decision-making taking the long-view as advocated by Steward Brand.

The conceptualization of this chart was indirectly influenced by the works of Kirkpatrick Sale and by the Native American concept of “seventh generation” decision-making–making every decision with a profound appreciation for its implications on the seventh generation out (roughly 230 years out at the time).

Epoch B is a phrase used by someone specific that we cannot run down right now.

This graphic was created when Bill Ruh briefed the CISCO Application Oriented Network (AON) around town, and we all realized that CATALYST (Computer-Aided Tools for the Analysis of Science & Technology) as defined by Diane Webb and Dennis McCormick under the leadership of Gordon Oehler, could now reside in the cloud.  When combined with the TOOZL offering of STRONG ANGEL, it is clear there is no impediment to what the Swedes call Multinational, Multiagency, Multidisciplinary, Multidomain Information-Sharing and Sesne-Making (M4IS2) other than leadership ignorance and leadership lack of integrity.

This is a basic regional centre that would initially work exclusively with open sources of information, but could, as trust and mutual intersts coincide, extend to do focused clandestine and covert actions, for example, against transnational criminal gangs, corrupt government officials and predatory corporate officials that loot commonwealths by bribing single officials at key points.

This was created as a notional standard for any state or province recognizing that the federal government has failed and that each state or province is on its own should it wish to survive what some have called “The Long Emergency.”  Panarchy and resilience and sustainability arfe achievable at any level, and it may well be that we must start at the bottom rather than the top, which makes perfect sense.
