Koko Signs: Are the Republicans stupid, or just corrupt?
The Art Of Ignoring Gary Johnson
Fitnews.com, 14 September 2011
Former New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson isnโt going to be the next president of the United States โฆ but the fact that heโs polling in the low single digits among the 2012 GOP field doesnโt mean his candidacy should be ignored.
Thatโs exactly whatโs happening, though โฆ despite the fact that Johnson is out-performing several of his better-known rivals.
Seriously โฆ you think Ron Paul is getting screwed over by the press? Heโs got nothing on Johnson.

In a CNN/ORC poll released in late August, Johnson out-polled former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum and former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman โ and was tied with former Godfathersโ Pizza CEO Herman Cain. Nonetheless, Johnson was not allowed to participate in a CNN debate held earlier this week that featured โฆ you guessed it โฆ Santorum, Huntsman and Cain.
Adding insult to injury, the most recent CNN/ORC survey โ released earlier this week โ didnโt even list Johnsonโs name among the candidates being polled.
Phi Beta Iota:ย We disagree with the view that Gary Johnson cannot be President.ย Right now he is the only Republican who is a) telling the truth and nothing but the truth; b) open to legalizing marijuana, the #1 demand of the young left; c) electable.ย Keep an eye on New Hampshire.ย We are.
