MOSCOW, October 22 (RIA Novosti) – A prominent German journalist, Udo Ulfkotte, has revealed that Iraqis, guided by the United States, used German mustard gas against Iranian soldiers in 1988.
. . . . . . .
The mustard gas was brought to Iraq from Germany labeled as “pesticides,” Ulfkotte explained in the e-mail. “The US gave the satellite photos of the Iranian positions and supervised the action and the Iraqis did it – and I photographed it and was not allowed to publish it,” the journalist said.
Phi Beta Iota: An interesting propaganda war is underway; for the first time that we are aware of, Russia is putting its money on the side of the truth, and beginning the process of revealing the massive global campaign of lies funded by the Black Lily Fund and other funds obligated by a sophisticated network including the CIA, the Atlantic Council, and the so-called philanthopic foundations. The three original fascist countries — Italy, Japan, and Germany — were rapidly restored to fascism after WWII, and have been essential players in US-orchestrated lies and subversion. Sadly, countries such as the Nordics chose not to confront these lies directly, and in the case of their intelligence services, to greedily accept US intelligence subsidies in order to betray their own public trust. The truth at any cost lowers all other costs. It has been long absent from public discourse. We pray this is a start of a longer-term trend in which lies by any organization are rapidly revealed by those whose ethical foundations are better formed.
