ROBERT STEELE: In 1994 I not only drafted the first warning letter to the White House on cyber-vulnerabilities, but I also was invited by the National Research Council to comment on the Army’s new multi-billion dollar C4I futures architecture. It is with great sadness that I look back at a quarter century of knowing the answers and not being heard. Washington DC does not want the truth, it does not want answers, it wants unlimited borrowing to support unlimited spending, 50% of which is documented waste, much of it support crimes against humanity at home and abroad, and no one seems to give a shit. I often feel I am a solitary sane person living in a criminally insane world. An Open Source Agency is the ONE THING our President could establish that would increase his power — and public power — by a factor of ten.
