HR 1 sets the stage for manipulating ALL Congressional district boundaries (privatized and federalized) while also setting the stage for non-citizens to vote. It carefully does not touch CITIZENS United and dual loyalty issues that we are adding to the 12 point spread today. Nancy Pelosi should be investigated in relation to the clear evidence she is an agent of a foreign power and grossly violating her fiduciary and representational duties to the citizens of the USA.
