Cremating at the optimum temperature (1,400-1,800 degrees), the average weighted remains takes 2 to 2 ½ hours. Whether by burial or cremation, 6 million Jews over four years would be just under 9,000 a day rounded up, processed, assassinated, and disposed of.
WWII dead totaled roughly 60-80 million inclusive of deaths to disease and famine. Russian deaths were on the order of 26 million, Chinese deaths were on the order of 20 million.
A combination of propaganda, legal action, bribery, and organized intimidation as well as occasional assassination had created the holocaust myth specific to the Jews. This appears to be been done very deliberately, with the wealthiest Jews supporting a decision early in the war to not ransom all of the Jews without exception, from Germany.

For the past few decades there has been raging a kind of subterranean debate, one of monumental importance. It is a debate about the Holocaust — not whether or not it “happened” (this is a meaningless claim), but rather, HOW it happened, through what MEANS, and to what EXTENT.
On the one hand we have the traditional, orthodox view: the six million Jewish casualties, the gas chambers, the cremation ovens and mass graves. On the other hand there is a small, renegade band of writers and researchers who refuse to accept large parts of this story.

Ironically, modern leadership models contend leadership is NOT positional, it is essentially relational (socio-politicaly and intellectually critical).
This is a typical study of senior managers called executives, who are incorrectly labeled “leaders,” mostly because Americans believe we must have Good Leadership to Succeed! This kind of research isn't critical, it's reinforcing Great Man nonsense.
The entire OPM SES system is labeled a Leadership system! It's not.
