Quincy Wright (1890-1970) was a notable Unitarian and the author of A Study of War.  For what we seek to do, and especially with respect to “Information Peacekeeping,” this is Ref A.  This scholar got it, at an operational level as well as a strategic level, in 1957.  We have wasted hundreds of billions of dollars since then substituting technology for thinking.
