Level One, or “root” is the age-old addition of the powerful to child rape, child murder, and child blood and bone marrow and body part exploitation. Level Two is children as a cash crop. Level Three, not addressed often enough, is the cultural aspect of child rape as a form of religious extremism, a means of “scholonging” the perceived enemy of the religion in question by raping, torturing, and murdering its children.
