Phi Beta Iota: Includes data journalism, teaching and training. This is the “high art” that the Mainstream Media (MSM) does not practice. Citizen journalism, while promising, is still in the mob stage and lacks professionalism.
Former Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-Ga.) talked with AFP’s Dave Gahary about Israel’s influence on Washington, D.C. and the pledge AIPAC expects legislators to take—something she knows all about from her 12 years in office.
A recent ruling by the Iowa Supreme Court effectively nullified bad U.S. Supreme Court precedent in the state. The decision was a win for privacy and demonstrates the how state-level action can undermine overreaching federal power.
…the Iowa court refused to apply the SCOTUS’ loose interpretation of the Fourth Amendment to Article 1 Sec. 8 of the Iowa Constitution. Writing for the majority, Justice Brent Appel asserted that the Iowa court is the “ultimate arbiter” for the meaning of the Iowa Constitution, saying that the Iowa courts “jealously reserve the right under our state constitutional provisions to reach results different from current United States Supreme Court precedent under parallel provisions.”
I was so concerned by WordPress.com losing its mind (as well as its ethics) that I checked in with DreamHost, my preferred pathway to the Internet. I am pleased to report that I have been assured in the strongest possible terms that DreamHost abides by the 1st Amendment — it will take a court order to impact on content as offered by Phi Beta Iota Public Intelligence Blog. We will continue to offer the new presidential memorandum series on Sandy Hook in solidarity with Alex Jones and we are delighted by both the domestic and the international interest in our 9/11 Truth presidential memoranda series as delivered to the White House on 8 August 2018 (and to the RNC and NRA).

Mr. President,
During hearings on the failure of Connecticut to comply with Wolfgang’s FOIA requests, his attorney, Kay Wilson, asked First Selectman E. Patricia Llordra of Newtown, under oath, who she thought put up the flashing “Everyone Must Check in” sign at that location. The Selectman, whose position is equivalent to Mayor, responded: “I believe Homland Security put it there”. But of course, DHS wasn’t even supposed to be there. Some would call this, “Game! Set! Match!”
First Amendment Under Attack: What You Need to Know about Big Tech's Assault on Alex Jones
Around August 6, 2018 independent journalist Alex Jones was kicked off Facebook, YouTube, Google, Spotify and Apple, in a coordinated, late-night purge, due to Jones’ criticisms and “threats” against Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Jones has also taken unpopular, iconclastic positions on Jeffrey Epstein, 9/11, Sandy Hook, and President Trump, so mainstream public opinion was swift to condemn him. Even the ACLU has been silent on this case, refusing to consider a defense of the First Amendment. No one seems willing to consider the controversial content of Jones’ complaint against Mueller.
