The Pope touches on both in his encyclical Laudato si' (Praise be to you – On Care For Our Common Home) but no one is focusing on that portion of the encyclical that emphasized the importance of honest government making sound decisions. The tri-fecta for change starts with a public uprising to demand honest diverse government (breaking the back of the two-party tyrannies that are the best of the servant class to the 1%), and then demanding that honest governments embrace holistic analytics, true cost economics, and open source everything engineering that in the aggregate are affordable, interoperable, and scalable to meet the needs of the 5 billion poorest.
