The Missing Money – $19 Trillion in Undocumentable Adjustments and Counting with Dr. Mark Skidmore
This week Dr. Mark Skidmore, Morris Chair of State and Local Government and Policy at Michigan State University joins me on the Solari Report to discuss his recent report on the $19 trillion in undocumentable adjustments at the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) between 1998 and 2015.
