Robert Steele: Washington Examiner on Trump’s Successes (Vastly Superior to What the White House Communications Team Can Produce)

ROBERT STEELE: My focus is on election reform so as to terminate the Deep State. To that end I believe that President Donald Trump is my best shot at getting this idea considered. Sadly the White House Communications Team sucks.  They are simply incapable of presenting the President and his accomplishments to the public in a useful manner to include a daily fireside chat, thousands of seven minute videos, a  two-way Presidential Public Forum, and more. Below is the very best effort I have seen, from the Washington Examiner by Paul Bedford.  Bravo.

NOTE: Missing from list are black people and election reform. The three things President Trump could do to earn a “bump” in three weeks are:

  1. Pardon twelve Black Panthers (black males)
  2. Appoint Carol Mosely Braun to the UN, and several women of color to WH
  3. Announce #UNRIG Election Reform Act as a promise for 2019

Trump’s list: 289 accomplishments in just 20 months, ‘relentless’ promise-keeping

Here is the crummy White House list

‘He'll be re-elected': Trump and allies tout the sweet smell of 2020 success

Anthony Scaramucci, who spent an ill-fated 11 days at the White House last year as communications director, has written a book lionising the president.

Scaramucci believes the mood on the ground is quietly shifting in the president’s favour despite the attached social stigma.

“I’m a sales guy,” he said, “I returned to my company and I’ve travelled the entire country over the last 12 months, and what I can tell you is that the whisper is up.

We need a Convention of States to restore the original construct in which the federal government is a service of common concern to the SOVEREIGN states, and individual sovereignty is restored. All three branches of the federal government have been chipping away at the Constitution, to include the right to a trial by jury.

Below is my updated list of the Amendments that need to be reinforced, modifying & expanded, or reversed.

John McAfee: Presidential Alerts Can Be Two Way with E911

Advanced Cyber/IO, Ethics, Government

Fact Check: Are the ‘Presidential Alerts' Capable of Accessing Your Phone's Mic and Camera?

“The ‘Presidential alerts,’” McAfee tweeted Wednesday, “they are capable of accessing the E911 chip in your phones – giving them full access to your location, microphone, camera and every function of your phone. This not a rant, this is from me, still one of the leading cybersecurity experts. Wake up people!”

Robert Steele: I believe the fact checker to be wrong.  This is a two-way system now. What would be really interesting — apart from an opt-out capability for each owner — would be using this obvious nation-wide network to create a Trump Channel that allows direct polling of all citizens (whose number and email, registered with the US Post Office, would certify their citizenship and voting district status) as well as a Presidential Dashboard able to “read” distillations of public comments by demographic, location, and issue.

I wrote the original warning letter to the White House in 1994 on cyber-vulernability. The US Government has both undermined security and exploited commercial offerings to the point that we have a system that is totally compromised and also does not provide the needed sense-making (decision-support) capabilities for evidence-based governance.  Shame on all concerned.

Ellen Brown: Kill Wall Street with State-Owned Banks (North Dakota Model)

03 Economy, Ethics, Government
Ellen Brown

How America Can Free Itself From Wall Street

Local governments have been in bondage to Wall Street ever since the 19th century despite multiple efforts to rein them in. Regulation has not worked. To break free, we need to divest our public funds from these banks and move them into our own publicly owned banks.

By cutting out Wall Street middlemen, the Bank of North Dakota has been able to make below-market credit available to local businesses, farmers and students while still being more profitable than some of Wall Street’s largest banks. Following that model would have a substantial upside for both the small business and the local banking communities in Los Angeles.

Federalism-Based Limitations on Congressional Power: An Overview

The U.S. Constitution establishes a system of dual sovereignty between the states and the federal government, with each state having its own government, endowed with all the functions essential to separate and independent existence. Although the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution designates “the Laws of the United States” as “the supreme Law of the Land,” other provisions of the Constitution—as well as legal principles undergirding those provisions—nonetheless prohibit the national government from enacting certain types of laws that impinge upon state sovereignty. The various principles that delineate the proper boundaries between the powers of the federal and state governments are collectively known as “federalism.”
