UNIDIR would be well-suited as a model for a United Nations Open Source Decision-Support Information Network (UNODIN); on of the first tasks should be to institutionalize a Strategic Analytic Model and establish the World Brain Institute, and then inventory obstacles, resources, processes, and pathways relevant to orchestrating (harmonizing) global effort to eradicate the ten high-level threats to humanity (one checklist for each, an integrated Global to Local Range of Needs Table for each that leverages the Eight Tribes using only voluntarily shared information.
