I keep hearing from people repeating what Governor Jesse Ventura and former LAPD and author Mike Ruppert have been saying: that CIA has every police department across the country penetrated and controlled — and that either CIA or FBI or the Department of Defense can “assume jurisdiction” on any case in any locality across the country. Police chiefs who go along get duffel bags of “clean” cash they can spend without fear of an IRS inquiry, and lots and lots of military equipment and weaponry they can then turn around and sell on the black market.

The IRS has announced that it’s “too expensive” to audit the rich. Affluent taxpayers, the 1%, are too well protected from government intrusion. Their tax returns are complex and take more time and more experienced auditors to review them. The IRS then has to pay these more experienced auditors a higher price to audit those larger accounts. It’s become an expensive hassle for them. They encounter resistance from the teams that the affluent have behind them to defend them from the IRS. So, what is their solution?

Installations can also sprawl for miles, with many levels. The massive facility beneath the Catoctin Mountains in Maryland is just one example of many. People have no idea what kind of deep labyrinth is beneath Camp David and under the surrounding region. I have informally been told that some bases are miles deep.
