Therefore, it isn’t surprising that the Bosnian Muslim angle, Chechnya, Croatia, Kosovo, Libya and other parts of the Caucasus region in the Russian Federation – are all involved to various extents in the crisis in Syria.

ROBERT STEELE: I was given a front row seat next to Thomas Drake and Snowden's parents. This is one of the most extraordinary conversations I have ever absorbed. I strongly recommend it in its entirety to every person, but most particularly to those who love the Constitution and the Republic but are concerned about the lack of integrity within the US Government.

I talked for about fifteen minutes with Snowden's parents. His father is a former senior C4I Program Manager for the US Coast Guard and a total patriot. On the basis of this event my estimation of Snowden and the democratic importance of what he has done has increased from 70% to 90%.

There is broad disagreement over the amounts and effects of radiation exposure due to the triple reactor meltdowns after the 2011 Great East-Japan Earthquake and tsunami. The International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War (IPPNW) joined the controversy June 4, with a 27-page “Critical Analysis of the UNSCEAR Report ‘Levels and effects of radiation exposures due to the nuclear accident after the 2011 Great East-Japan Earthquake and tsunami.’”

IPPNW is the Nobel Peace Prize winning global federation of doctors working for “a healthier, safer and more peaceful world.” The group has adopted a highly critical view of nuclear power because as it says, “A world without nuclear weapons will only be possible if we also phase out nuclear energy.”

HOUSE AMENDMENT WOULD CUT NSC BUDGET BY A THIRD

The House of Representatives yesterday approved an amendment to cut the budget for the National Security Council by one third in response to NSC moves to block congressional access to information.

“Over the last few months, we have had several instances in which the National Security staff has mandated that the Department of Defense and other agencies selectively withhold information from congressional oversight committees,” complained Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen (R-NJ), who introduced the amendment. It was not immediately clear which instances of withholding he was referring to.

Chilling day Special Branch swooped to seize ANOTHER dossier on VIP abusers: 16 MPs' names mentioned in 1984 report on paedophile lobby's influence in Westminster

  • Police raided newspaper offices of Don Hale, editor of Bury Messenger
  • He'd recently been given sensitive files by Labour politician Barbara Castle
  • Documents included typewritten minutes of meetings that had been held at Westminster in support of paedophile agenda
  • Included details of a host of Establishment figures who had apparently pledged support to their cause

When I watched NBC's “Nightly News” the first time they reported on the downing of the Malaysian passenger jet, they showed video footage at the Amsterdam Airport of the relatives of those who were on the plane that was shot down. What struck me was this: not a single one appeared to be crying or showing any emotion, they were all, without exception, quite subdued or quiet, as if someone in authority told them to shut up, and they were compliant. Even the NBC news reporter commented on how unemotional they were, even though they knew the plane their loved ones were on was shot down (or whatever, given what follows below). I wondered, did the people on this footage truly have any connection to who was on the plane, was the video footage somehow manipulated or staged? Is the tail wagging the dog?

Now, along comes a report in which a rebel commander, who was in the crash area, makes an insane-sounding, bizarre claim: that the bodies scattered around the site were not “fresh” and appeared to be dead for a few days.
