Boston Bombing – DHS Contracted Security out to Israelis

The dust has settled on Boston, America’s newest example and scene of national insecurity.

As Kevin Barrett’s hugely successful Press TV article pointed out yesterday we witnessed corporate media suggesting a major domestic terror attack might have been done by our own security people. Military Intelligence agrees.

Many in the Intel and national security business have watched all this happen just totally aghast not only at the brazenness involved to orchestrate such sting operations, but the general acceptance by a public that seems almost brain dead to the internal threat represented. There is much blame to go around.

What we quickly observed was security breach after security breach, like all the doors had been left open. We saw Israeli operational profiles all over the place, many with ear buds getting feeds from higher up spotters who were watching where the cops and bomb dogs were, and where they were not.

. . . . . . .

What we have here once again is a profile of a security stand down. Could it be incompetence? No, not when you outsource to one of the biggest terrorist operations in the world… the one called Israel.

. . . . . . .

Let me repeat in closing. There was no way that two kettle bombs could have been walked in, placed, and then the bombers get away, without a security penetration letting them do it.

Seems some of the same old flaws we have highlighted for years…hoarding info giving a false sense of power, no appreciation of the value of OSINT- social media, and silo's of information concordant with age old turf sequestration. DNI has done little to reduce the overall intel community's friction but added to it…makes me believe the intel community has way too many layers and internal bureaucracies to be effective…too big to function but big enough to fail dramatically,yet, not change…..no organizational learning…we never learn we never learn.

Last week’s attack at the Boston Marathon, like the attempted car bombing of Times Square almost three years ago, shows that the line between local conflicts and global ones has become thinner. Faisal Shahzad, the would-be terrorist in 2010, had legally lived in the United States for seven years and had earned citizenship the year before hatching his plot. He would later say that he was inspired to carry out the attack by the radical Yemeni cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, but the United States discovered that the plot had, in fact, been organized and possibly financed by an extremist group called the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which usually targets the Pakistani state and military. The organization’s attempt to strike in the United States showed that its own distinction between the near and far enemy had become increasingly blurred.

If you listen to the mainstream media, and look at all those cozy, “come on down y'all” ads BP has put up on television, things have returned as if the oil spill never happened. As this story makes clear, it is all an Orwellian propaganda lie. I ran this story because a reader on the Gulf Coast wrote to tell me t! hat whatever I thought was going on, human lives, the coast, and the ecosystem were still devastated. This carbon energy crisis may not really be over for years; indeed, things may never be as they once were.

Most people I know who have been directly affected by the spill have lost faith in the recovery process. They tried to give BP the benefit of the doubt and work with [claims czar Kenneth] Feinberg, who was tasked by BP to handle the claims after the initial claims process failed. People were asked to fill out paperwork over and over again and their claims were still rejected for reasons not made clear to them. No one seems satisfied that their elected officials fought the fight for them. Most of them don't believe any money will trickle down to them at all.

Dr. Bruce Jessen’s handwritten notes describe some of the torture techniques that were used to “exploit” ”war on terror” detainees in custody of the CIA and Department of Defense.

Bush administration officials have long asserted that the torture techniques used on “war on terror” detainees were utilized as a last resort in an effort to gain actionable intelligence to thwart pending terrorist attacks against the United States and its interests abroad.

But the handwritten notes obtained exclusively by Truthout drafted two decades ago by Dr. John Bruce Jessen, the psychologist who was under contract to the CIA and credited as being one of the architects of the government’s top-secret torture program, tell a dramatically different story about the reasons detainees were brutalized and it was not just about obtaining intelligence.

Kahlili is  a questionable source but he did predict that Canada would be next. He also has several lines indicating that US intelligence was warned and informed about the threat.

We have to see what happens now in France and the UK. There are indications that Hezbollah networks in Europe have been strengthened and activated. The attack in Bulgaria last year is still not solved and widely debated. Israel wants it to be a Hezbollah attack. If definite proof is found that will be a reason for the EU to blacklist Hezbollah. Over the last few months there has been a tremendous pressure by Israel and the US on the EU to do this.

I have been following this hypothesis since 2004 since I read Kenneth Timmerman's Countdown to Crisis: The Coming Nuclear Showdown with Iran, which included the official minutes of a meeting between Quds Force officials, Ayman al Zawahiri and Imad Mugniyeh discussing the strategy which Kahlili now lays out in his article. I found it a plausible hypothesis but over the last ten years I have never been able to get support for it. Very few people actually had read the book which is a must read if you want to be informed about developments in Iran.

Kahlili has today an article about the panic in Iran about his previous articles saying there was a link to Iran. Today a car bomb attack against the French embassy in Tripoli. If Kahlili is right the next attack should be against a UK target. Even when Kahlili is not trustworthy his articles are having an impact which is why I follow this guy.

Source reveals research included high-value targets inside U.S.

Qasem Soleimani, the head of Iran’s Quds Forces, ordered reconnaissance and intelligence gathering on various events and public gatherings in the United States years ago, culminating in the bombings at the Boston Marathon one week ago, WND has learned.

According to a source within Iran’s intelligence services, the Islamic regime’s Quds Forces, a special unit of the Revolutionary Guards in charge of extraterritorial operations, have done extensive planning on gatherings, events and high-value targets in the United States for some time, but for two years focused on events such as the Boston Marathon.
