Hopefully all of you opened the first returned hit, Mongoose: BIll Clinton Wrong on Mass Shootings and found what you were looking for,  Graphic: Preconditions of Revolution in the USA Today.  For reasons we do not understand, the search always works better at Google with or without source=phibetaiota, taking you directly to the sought-for link.  In WordPress, the sought-for link comes up LAST, after all of the other posts that have included the link as a “See Also.”

Yes, the USA is in a state of absolute readiness for a revolution across the board, a “Great Revolution” that is transformative, that flushes the two-party tyranny down the toilet, that puts the Wall Street bankers in jail, that outs and retires all of the traitors now serving who consider themselves above the law in part because the Attorney Journal and the Director of the FBI are with them.

HOWEVER:  preconditions do not a revolution make.  For that one needs a precipitant.  The Tunesian fruit seller is an example.  Leah Lynn Plante was not mistreated badly enough to qualify, but as her photograph shows so clearly, she is the antithesis of the corrupt government we have now.  We continue to seek a soccer mom willing to torch herself on the steps of Capitol Hill after first posting a YouTube call to action.  Positive change is coming!

maguireVia Youtube: “Dr. West gives a passionate speech about government love of power and the fact of government oppression. MLK could have been jailed without due process under the NDAA or killed without due process under the present administration.”

Dr. West hits the nail on the head in many respects. But the question remains: Why is no one discussing the fact the U.S. Government was indicted in MLK's murder over 13 years ago?

Phi Beta Iota:  Below the embedded YouTube we provide some additional links.  We as a collective hold Dr. Cornell West in high regard.  This six minute articulation is passionate, informed, and a call to Jesus for the American public.

More coherent than many such diatribes.  Appears to represent a growing segment of the public.  When combined with local elected sheriffs siding with the public, and high likelihood that most National Guard units will go local and refuse federal orders to fire on or arrest US citizens, the balance of power at the grassroots level appears to be totally in favor of the public not the elite.

THERE IS A SECRET WAR BEING WAGED AGAINST AMERICA THE REPUBLIC BY THE LONDON BANKSTERS

Its Purpose is to destroy America and Fold its remains into a NWO Globalist One-World Government System.

But it’s not over yet and things are not going so well for the Banksters. They are about 13 years behind schedule.

And until recently most Americans knew nothing about it.

America’s Monetary & Production System has been hijacked and used by London Banksters to entrap most the world in a Global Web of Debt.

This has enabled the Banksters to issue all the money they needed to buy up and control almost every American politician and Government official, many of whom serve unknowingly as CUTOUTS.

They have used their Babylonian “money magic” debt-based usury system of fiat “money” to asset strip most Americans of  a great deal of the fruits of their labor and accrued assets, and now they are coming for their guns.

NIGHTWATCH: North Korea Threatens War During Major US Exercise in South Korea Lasting to 30 April

Government, Idiocy, Military

nkorea warNorth Korea:  NightWatch's review of events since 1 January indicates that the North Koreans have been preparing this breakout since 2 February when Kim Jong Un began a series of meetings, starting with the Military Central Commission.

NightWatch judges the actions are deliberately planned because of their breadth, coherence and consistency. The North's depiction of itself as a victim reacting defensively is part of its deception strategy.

North Korean Actions on 7 March before the UN Vote: North Korea's Foreign Ministry joined the official chorus with an official statement that stressed three points, according to the Korean Central News Agency.

“First, now that the U.S. is set to light a fuse for a nuclear war, the revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK will exercise the right to a preemptive nuclear attack to destroy the strongholds of the aggressors and to defend the supreme interests of the country.”

Bradley Manning and “true cost” Video (30:01)

For the first time, 25-year-old U.S. Army Private Bradley Manning has admitted to being the source behind the largest leak of state secrets in U.S. history. More than a thousand days after he was arrested, Manning testified Thursday before a military court. He said he leaked the classified documents to the whistleblowing website WikiLeaks in order to show the American public the “true costs of war.” Reading for more than an hour from a 35-page statement, Manning said: “I believed that if the general public, especially the American public, had access to the information … this could spark a domestic debate on the role of the military and our foreign policy in general.” At the pretrial hearing at Fort Meade military base in Maryland, Manning pleaded guilty to reduced charges on 10 counts, which carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. But even if the judge accepts the plea, prosecutors can still pursue a court-martial on the remaining 12 charges. The most serious of those is “aiding the enemy” and carries a possible life sentence. We are joined by Michael Ratner, president emeritus of the Center for Constitutional Rights and a lawyer to Julian Assange and WikiLeaks. He just returned from attending Manning’s hearing. ACLU militarized police investigation

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has launched a nationwide campaign to assess police militarization in the United States. Starting Wednesday, ACLU affiliates in 23 states are sending open records requests to hundreds of state and local police agencies requesting information about their SWAT teams, such as how often and for what reasons they're deployed, what types of weapons they use, how often citizens are injured during SWAT raids, and how they're funded. More affiliates may join the effort in the coming weeks.

Additionally, the affiliates will ask for information about drones, GPS tracking devices, how much military equipment the police agencies have obtained through programs run through the Pentagon and the Department of Homeland Security, and how often and for what purpose state National Guards are participating in enforcement of drug laws.

The Journal of Strategic Security (JSS), a publication of Henley-Putnam University, seeks manuscripts for an upcoming issue on intelligence analytic tradecraft, training, education, and practical application for the Fall 2013 issue, Vol. 6, No. 3.

The Fall 2013 issue of JSS is a venue for authors to share ideas and exchange information about best practices and lessons learned in the field of intelligence studies. How are intelligence skills applied in different contexts and industries? Are intelligence-related skills best taught in the classroom or “caught” through on-the-job training, and how much does the answer depend on the desired outcome of the instruction?

Berto Jongman: Defense Science Board Report on Baby Steps Toward Resilient Military C4I Systems

Defense Science Board Task Force Report:

Resilient Military Systems and the Advanced Cyber Threat

EXTRACT

After conducting an 18-month study, this Task Force concluded that the cyber threat is serious and that the United States cannot be confident that our critical Information Technology (IT) systems will work under attack from a sophisticated and well-resourced opponent utilizing cyber capabilities in combination with all of their military and intelligence capabilities (a “full spectrum” adversary). While this is also true for others (e.g. Allies, rivals, and public/private networks), this Task Force strongly believes the DoD needs to take the lead and build an effective response to measurably increase confidence in the IT systems we depend on (public and at the same time decrease a would-be attacker's confidence in the effectiveness of their capabilities to compromise DoD systems. This conclusion was developed upon several factors, including the success adversaries have had penetrating our networks; the relative ease that our Red Teams have in disrupting, or completely beating, our forces in exercises using exploits available on the Internet; and the weak cyber hygiene position of DoD networks and systems. The Task Force believes that the recommendations of this report create the basis for astrategy to address this broad and pervasive threat.
