In fact, US assassination and targeted killing, with presidential approval, has been going on covertly for at least half a century. Ironically, all this drone killing now offers us a new opportunity: to pry open the Pandora’s box hiding long-held secrets of covert US assassination and targeted killing, and to expose them to the light of day. What we would find is that the only things new in the latest, more publicized revelations about kill lists and assassinations are the use of drones, the president’s hands-on approach in vetting targets, and the global scope of the drone killing.

On Sunday, July 15th, longtime Washington DC attorney and natural health advocate, Jim Turner, joined me for an inspiring conversation on what he calls the “innate intelligence of the body politic.”
It was unlike any of my previous dialogs, focusing (on the surface) not on spirituality and consciousness but on the practical matters of bringing holistic principles to bear on Washington, DC political processes, the kinds of issues we hear about on the news.
But Jim approached these issues from a very different perspective, and I left my conversation with him with an unexpected sense of uplift and inspiration. I highly recommend you download the dialog if you haven’t listened already!
Our conversation began with Jim describing the importance of and inspiring possibilities for transpartisanship in American politics, and then he explained the vision of the political organization he is now leading, Voice for HOPE (Healers of Planet Earth).

It is not possible to do intelligence with integrity about aquifers without taking into account the impact of all ten threats on water, and the role that the other eleven core policies play in aggravating the water insanity that is now prevalent in the Western world. In the mid-term, we expect the price points for solar energy applied to water desalination and cleansing to drop to the point that seawater can be harvested with a sufficiency and efficiency to PROTECT the aquifers, which should all be placed off limits as soon as possible. Naturally fracking, using water to flush tar sands, and other similar idiocy should cease.

To say that Anthony Judge has seen it all is no doubt a slight exaggeration. But where attempts to change the world for the better are concerned, the evidence indicates that this amazing individual is very likely to have seen more than anyone else on the planet. A native of Australia, Judge moved to Brussels, Belgium in 1968 to begin a career with the Union of International Associations (UIA) — an organization founded in 1907 that is today an information clearinghouse for more than 50,000 international NGOs. Anthony Judge, as Director of Communications and Research, is at the heart of the UIA's information sharing activities. He helped to create, and is responsible for the continuing development of, the 4-volume Yearbook of International Organizations, the 3-volume Encyclopedia of World Problems and Human Potential, the organization's computer networking activites, and its many information-rich hypertext-linked databases. Among these databases, eight are freely available to everyone, not just members of the UIA:
