Preface

The US electoral system is totally rigged — in twelve different ways (false flag operations and subversive inciting of violence is a thirteenth way). Barack Obama is wrong when he denies this point, and both CNN and Fox News are in hypocritical complicit betrayal of the public trust when they refuse to be serious about all of this. I was the first to go public with a comprehensive denunciation rooted in what I learned during my brief run as one of three candidates accepted by the Reform Party for its presidential nomination race in 2012. In 2011 my six minute briefing to the Occupy working group on electoral reform made the front page of Reddit and went viral; I also wrote an article, “How I Tested the Boundaries of the Two-Party Tyranny” as published in Reality Sandwich in 2012, and in the same year briefed Hackers on Planet Earth — they know something about the vulnerability of electronic voting machines.

Everything else is also rigged — the banking system, the energy and health systems, the insurance and benefits industries, the willful elimination of pension plans moved into shell companies that declare bankruptcy — we live in a casino environment where the two-party tyranny has legalized all forms of big crime while putting more black people in jail thanks to the Clinton Co-Presidency Crime Act, than there were slaves at the beginning of the Civil War. This is why an Electoral Reform Act of 2016 (or 2017) is “root.” Until we restore integrity to our government, we will be “chips” in a casino economy that has no integrity at all.

I have to say this: Trump has been so ineffective as a candidate, refusing to be coherent and refusing to hit Clinton hard while also refusing all innovative ideas such as Debt Renunciation Pledge, that I and other top intelligence professionals have speculated that he has a side deal with Lynn Rothschild, who can afford to double his modest fortune out of her loose change. This is what I told Speaker Paul Ryan in a faxed memorandum yesterday:

Greg Palast, who broke the story on Florida’s removal of 30,000 left-leaning voters three months before it happened, told me that Sidney Blumenthal, today Hillary Clinton’s advisor, told him that Warren Christopher delivered the bribe offer to Gore from Wall Street, amounting to $100M for not fighting “reasonable dishonesty.” And so it came to pass – the lesson Blumenthal took away was that even the opposing candidate can be bought. There are rumors that Lynn Rothschild has a side deal with Trump and that he is deliberately taking a dive in how he constantly turns victory into defeat. I have no direct knowledge – what I see is a chance for Paul Ryan to step forward to guarantee the integrity of the imminent election.

UPDATE: Donald Trump's Gettysburg speech is a year too late. It may not be enough, but it is worthy of embracing at face value. The entire system is rigged. Trump is finally on message. It is a message we all need to hear.

Dishonest Media

Since my 2011-2012 discovery of how rigged our system is — twelve different ways — I have worked my way through all the major media outlets as well as the progressive press (Rolling Stone, TruthOut, Slate, Mother Jones, The Atlantic) and all the major candidates starting with Bernie Sanders and Martin O'Malley, then graduating to Michael Bloomberg, John Kasich, and Donald Trump. The only candidate I will not touch is Hillary Clinton — she is the personification of the rigged system. She stole the Democratic nomination from Bernie Sanders by stealing all of the primaries where there were no paper ballots with which to contest the manipulated electronic results. Stanford University has documented this. This is an incontrovertible fact, one that Donald Trump strangely refuses to mention in public. CNN and Fox and all the others including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Washington Post have ignored my polite emails to their sock-puppet “journalists” who are incapable of informing the public honestly about anything not approved by the media conglomerate that is the criminal companion to the two-party “Establishment” that blocks 70% of the voters from ballot access and meaningful vote — as illustrated below — so as to continue to control the public treasury and legitimize high crimes by Wall Street — crimes that include the manipulation of the foreign exchange and interest rate; tax avoidance on all stock and currency transactions; and the willful crashing of the US, Greek, Iceland, Irish, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish economies — and soon, the German and other European economies.

The Electoral Fraud Landscape

This is our political landscape — two parties controlling (deceiving) 30% of the eligible voters are disenfranchising everyone else.

Matt Taibbi's book, Griftopia: A Story of Bankers, Politicians, and the Most Audacious Power Grab in American History is the best I have read on the “why” of it all. He has this to say on page 32:

What has taken place over the last generation is a highly complicated merger of crime and policy, of stealing and government. Far from taking care of the rest of us, the financial leaders of America and their political servants have seemingly reached the cynical conclusion that our society is not work saving and have taken on a new mission that involved not creating wealth for us all, but simply absconding with whatever wealth remains in our hollowed out economy. They don’t feed us, we feed them.

For the “how” I like to recommend Chris Hedges' book, Empire of Illusion: The End of Literacy and the Triumph of Spectacle as well as Theresa Amato's book, Grand Illusion: The Myth of Voter Choice in a Two-Party Tyranny.

They both make the same point: everything about how we are governed and how we ostensibly “elect” our “representatives” is a lie. Our university and think thank and media “experts” are sock puppets and frauds, all being paid to toe the party line, at the same time that we have a most extraordinary network in place to label anyone challenging the party line to be a “conspiracy theorist” — a term invented by the CIA in the late 1960's to discredit the early adopters of the truth about the Kennedy assassination — he was assassinated by the CIA, FBI, and Lyndon Baines Johnson, in partnership with Texas energy, New York money, and Zionist interests furious at Kennedy for, among other things, insisting that Jewish organizations in the USA taking money or orders for Israel be properly registered as “agents of a foreign power.”

I am a professional intelligence officer who has fought for a quarter center to bring some semblance of intelligence and integrity back into the professional. When Jim Clapper, the Director of National Intelligence, a man I know to be among the most intelligent and ethical professionals in our generation, signed off on the recent press release to the effect that “the Russians did it and our voting machines have no problems,” I knew immediately that the White House drafted that press release, and Clapper signed off on it rather than fight it — he is now counting the days toward his final retirement. I published this piece at the time after first sending his secretary an email pointing out the errors of fact to him directly.

Theatrical Endeavors on Electoral Reform

As a result of my running for president, however briefly, and learning up close and personal how manipulated the entire system is (to include internal party politics — all parties, without exception, of any size, are toxic) I end up becoming aware of the following groups that pretend to pursue electoral reform but actually just do busy-work — some are assuredly well-intentioned, but not single one of them has the gumption to stand up and declare — as I and Donald Trump has — that the entire system is RIGGED. All of these organizations have potential, all of these organizations are marginalized right now.

The table below lists a tiny fraction of the organizations that could be brought together in a National Electoral Reform Coalition that in turn attracts economic and social justice groups and others to this common cause – electoral reform is ROOT, without electoral reform — twelve fixes together, no issue will receive an honest complete hearing.

Overview of the Rigged System and Direct Fixes

There are twelve specific reforms that must be implemented, together. The below graphic, something I have been working on for six years, drawing on thousands of people who are intimately familiar with how easily electoral fraud is accomplished using each of the twelve areas where these corrective measures would apply (inciting to riot, a George Soros specialty, is not addressed here, that is already against the law, the law is simply not enforced against establishment agitators and white paramilitary shooters seeking to pin cop deaths on Black Lives Matter peaceful protesters).

It is essential to note that this discussion applies only to federal elections. While state citizens can and should demand an equal level of integrity in state and local elections, any federal legislation on electoral reform is applicable only to federal elections. Such legislation has been introduced nine times, the last four times by Ron Paul, and all nine times the two-party tyranny has voted to block electoral reform of any kind. This is the “Establishment” against all of us.

RIGGED SYSTEM #1: Voter Suppression and Manipulation (Dead Voters)

EXAMPLES: Voter Suppresion; Dead Voter Fraud

FIX: Universal Registration & Right to Vote for Prisoners — end both voter suppression (a Republican specialty) and dead voters voting (a Democratic specialty).

RIGGED SYSTEM #2: Discrimination Against Ballot Access for 70% of Eligible Voters

EXAMPLES: Ballot Access Restrictions

FIX: Identical ballot access requirements for all candidates to any office.

RIGGED SYSTEM #3: Gerrymandering Districts to Favor Incumbents

EXAMPLES: Gerrymandering

FIX: Tightly-drawn districts, perhaps by computer, together with “at large” representatives for select distributed demographics (e.g. elderly, gay-lesbian).

RIGGED SYSTEM #4: CITIZENS UNITED, Campaign Finance Reform

EXAMPLES: CITIZENS UNITED; Campaign Finance Reform

FIX: Public funding for all candidates at all stages of each race, phasing down to top three for the primaries and top three for the general.

RIGGED SYSTEM #5: Complicit Media including CNN, Fox, WSJ, and Polling Companies

EXAMPLES: Corrupt Media; Corrupt Polling

FIX: Equal time, both in person and time for advertising at no cost, on all public networks (which is to say, every media outlet operating on a broadcast license or registered with the IRS as a public company).

RIGGED SYSTEM #6: Controlled Debates Stolen From League of Women Voters

EXAMPLES: End the debate cartel – Presidential debates a rigged game

FIX: Restore the debates to the League of Women Voters who had the integrity to automatically includes 3rd, 4th, and even 5th party candidates as well as Independents, and to not provide the questions in advance to favor one candidate. NEW: requires each candidate in the general election for President to name a full Cabinet in advance, and organizes mulitple Cabinet-level debates for each Cabinet office.

RIGGED SYSTEM #7: Controlled Primaries Manipulated by National Party Organization

EXAMPLES:

FIX: Ends all forms of party manipulation of how their nominee is chosen. Indeed, there is much to be said for the ending of all forms of party involvement in the election process once all individual candidates can count on equal access and equal funding.

RIGGED SYSTEM #8: Election Day “Inconveniences” as a Form of Voter Suppression

EXAMPLES: Guarding Against Obstacles to Voting on Election Day

FIX: Make Election Day a national holiday with free public transportation and liberal leave, all employers are required to accommodate at least two hours absence if needed. Voting by mail and Internet can be increased provided the same public validation and exit poll integrity measures are applied as with RIGGED SYSTEM #9 below.

RIGGED SYSTEM #9: Electronic Voting Machines Easily Hacked, Votes Counted Secretly

EXAMPLES: Hacking Electronic Voting Machines

FIX: Paper ballots counted publicly each hour on the hour, with independent exit polls (not the corrupt national polling companies now controlled by the two-party tyranny and the Wall Street elite). This eliminates both the easily hacked electronic voting machines and the practice of discarding the actual vote and reporting the desired vote to the state, now possible because of secret back room vote tallying.

RIGGED SYSTEM #10: Plain Majority Winner Instead of Instant Run-Off True Majority

EXAMPLES: Instant Run-Off

FIX: Instant-Run off is one of several possibilities. Each voter casts a vote for first, second, and third choice. All three votes are tallied — the candidate with the most votes across all three levels of vote preference wins.

RIGGED SYSTEM #11: Legislation Written by Lobbyists, Voted Without Reading, Secret Clauses

EXAMPLES: US Legislation Written by Lobbyists; Secret Clauses in US Legislation

FIX: All legislation to be posted online in advance — at least one week — of voting, with constituent polling being mandatory for each Representative and Senator — all secret clauses are absolutely forbidden.

UPDATE to Change #12

Taft-Hartley 14b, with the complicity of labor leaders, undermines unionization. The Federal Reserve — neither Federal nor a Reserve — undermines every aspect of governance to creating private control over the economy and government.

FIX: Make unionization the default expectation to provide economic democracy in every workplace, and nationalize the Federal Reserve and each of its subordinate elements.

RIGGED SYSTEM #12: Super-Delegates and Other Party Manipulation to Control Nomination

EXAMPLES: Hillary Clinton stole the Democratic nomination from Bernie Sanders in three ways: with DNC active measures against Bernie Sanders all along the way; with outright electronic voting fraud; and with the manipulation and intimidation of super-delegates (some of whom are afraid of being murdered if they cross her).

How Hillary Clinton Stole the Nomination

FIX: To the extent a candidate claims a party affiliation (I predict the next President will be an Independent who announces a transpartisan Cabinet in advance and demands Electoral Reform Act of 2018 as a pre-quel to their candidacy in the 2018 election cycle), the candidate should seek a mix of party voters and open primary voters to demonstrate their competitiveness as a party affiliated but not party controlled candidate in a general election.
