Have not fully read but expect a couple of things:
* It will likely be contentious, both for what it says and does not say and for various factions' assessments of its quality.
* It will generate some degree of workload for the Army Staff as the Chief of Staff and the Secretary decide what they want to do with/about it and how.
For more than two years, the Navy’s intelligence chief has been stuck with a major handicap: He’s not allowed to know any secrets. Vice Adm. Ted “Twig” Branch has been barred from reading, seeing or hearing classified information since November 2013, when the Navy learned from the Justice Department that his name had surfaced in a giant corruption investigation involving a foreign defense contractor and scores of Navy personnel.
The evidence is now in the public domain. Hillary Clinton is indictable, convictable, and should spend time in jail. If she is not indicted, Congress should impeach the Attorney General.

EDIT: Some seem confused about why we sought permission to post this original work by Wayne Madsen. This is not about Marco Rubio being a very active gay in his youth and perhaps still today, this about Marco Rubio's duplicity in relation to Christian evangelicals – we support gay candidates for office, we do not support people who lie about their secret lives and are therefore subject to blackmail or control as part of the price they pay for lying.
With permission of the author, full text below the fold.
Republican insiders have reported to WMR that Florida Senator and presidential candidate Marco Rubio was, as a high school and college student, known to be a very extroverted homosexual in both South Beach in Miami, a popular gay area, and at college in Gainesville, Florida.
Syrians who join IS are rewarded with salaried jobs which for young men translates into the ability to marry and for young women the money allows them to save their families from literal starvation. Foreign fighters are receiving additional rewards: wives, sexual slaves, and sometimes homes and cars. Daily life was punctuated by brutal practices – including floggings, torture and beheadings. Defections were the result of exposure to extreme brutality, disgust over the slave trade, observations of deep hypocrisy–a total mismatch between the words and deeds of IS. Charges of corruption and complaints about battlefield decisions that produced unnecessary deaths in their own ranks were also causes of disillusionment . Our informants all had come to hate IS and warn others not to join what they gradually came to see as a totally disappointing, ruthless and un-Islamic organization.
The Mirage of Justice: Of the 2.2 million people we have incarcerated at the moment—25 percent of the world’s prison population—2 million never had a trial.
Who Goes to Jail?: “It is much more grotesque to consider the non-enforcement of white-collar criminals when you do consider how incredibly aggressive law enforcement is with regard to everybody else”.
Goldman Sachs To Pay $5.1 Billion For Causing 2008 Financial Crisis: As of now, there appear to be no plans for any of the individual corporate executives at Goldman Sachs to face criminal sanctions for the crimes that led to this $5.1 billion settlement despite the Department of Justice’s promise that it would start holding corporate criminals accountable.
