Parag Khanna, the author of the most extraordinary book on how China has already defeated the USA and Russia strategically (Connectography: Mapping the Future of Global Civilization) has done it again. His new book will be reviewed here shortly.  In his own words:

Superficially the proposed electoral reforms are many and impressive.  However, a closer look reveals that the Democrats want to digitize districting (think Diebold fraud on a grander scale) and they are also setting the stage for non-citizens to vote in local, state, and federal elections. As best I can  tell they have NOT consulted with anyone outside the Democratic Party, and certainly not with the Libertarian and Green parties particularly, or #UNRIG, which is the gold standard for holistic election reform.

2011 audit by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration confirmed that individuals who are not authorized to work in the United States were paid $4.2 billion in refundable credits.
