Phi Beta Iota: The history of Western government use of false flag terror is well-established, with its modern use traced to Ed Landsdale in the Philippines and Viet-Nam. Once “regime change” became a persistent objective of US foreign policy, false flag operations were embedded into all planning. The NATO Gladio program of stay-behinds is known to have morphed into false flag terrorism in Italy in the 1960's, and a variation of that — perhaps rogue — may now be behind the French and Belgium attacks (and the forthcoming attack(s) in Germany). Fascist elements of the French police are known to have collaborated with the Israeli secret services, and the same is almost certainly true in Belgium. Germany is known to be a vassal state of the USA with multiple layers of German officials on the US payroll or obligated by secret treaties to follow the US lead. Neither NATO nor the EU have a regional counterintelligence or intelligence capability suitable for protecting the region from internal traitors or external saboteurs, or for doing the forensics without political interference in the aftermath of any given event. ISIS was created by the combination of the US elective war on Iraq rooted in 935 lies told by Dick Cheney and capped by Paul Bremer's ill-advised dismantling of the Iraqi Army led by Sunni officers who all became destitute (ronin), and by France's deliberate decision to take down Libya. After that the CIA rolled in to create ISIS with Saudi money, and Turkey's President and his son — not Turkish officials generally — began war profiteering off ISIS sales of oil and the transit of arms and volunteers. None of this is being reported accurately in the mainstream media, which might as well be a script-reading service for the cabal that profits from destroying Europe “by other means.” The threat of illegal immigrants in mass was predicted by Robert Steele in his book, The New Craft of Intelligence: Personal, Public, & Political, in 2002, after his 1989 ghost-written article for General Al Gray, USMC, then Commandant of the Marine Corps, calling for attention to the emerging non-state threat and intelligence reform aimed as justifying “peaceful preventive measures,” was ignored.
