Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 85, breaks ribs in fall 

  • Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 85, fell in her office at the court and fractured three ribs, the court says.
  • “Tests showed that she fractured three ribs on her left side and she was admitted for observation and treatment,” the statement from the court said.
  • Ginsburg's health has been a matter of intense speculation in recent years. Ginsburg, the court's oldest member, is one of the court's four liberal justices.

Phi Beta Iota: We will be very surprised if Justice Ginsberg — we pray she recovers ably — returns to work. We strongly favor a female replacement who has not attended Yale or Harvard as the best possible replacement choice.

People I trust are telling me that the Thousand Oaks shooting was done by multiple shooters who brought the dead patsy in with them. I believe this. No one, ever, gets 12 dead with 30 rounds.

Everyone else is a crisis actor and/or being paid off and intimidated into lying through a national security warrant.

I continue to be outraged by the extent to which FEMA is willing and able to do false flag operations, generally with fake dead (Pittsburgh Synagogue). I wonder if the Thousand Oaks shooting with real dead (I have yet to see the bodies) is intended to distract from the obvious falseness of the Pittsburgh Synagogue shooting. The will be a Day of Atonement for all these sins.

From bookstores to grocery stores to even video stores, we have gotten used to the idea that Amazon is impossible to stop once it begins in a new market. However, some folks re worried about a market that Amazon has been involved with for a while. We learned more from a recent Tech Crunch story: “Common Clause Stops Open-Source Abuse.”

According to the story:

“Amazon takes Redis (the most loved database in StackOverflow’s developer survey), gives very little back, and runs it as a service, re-branded as AWS Elasticache. Many other popular open-source projects including, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Postgres, MySQL, Docker, Hadoop, Spark and more, have similarly been taken and offered as AWS products.

“To be clear, this is not illegal. But we think it is wrong, and not conducive to sustainable open-source communities.”
