What follows is a speech drafted originally for the exclusive viewing by the President and his most trusted advisor Steve Bannon. It is being released to the public because the President is continuing delay confronting the harsh reality that only a larger public movement can defeat the Deep State. The Republican Party is part of the Deep State.
If, as the author anticipates, WikiLeaks turns its attention next to the Republican Party and its leaders – a number of whom are pedophiles, closet gays, and/or agents of a foreign power and whose perversions and treason have been covered up by Reince Preibus, among others in his prior capacity as Chairman of the Republican National Committee – then the President will be left with both a Senate and House in disarray, to include potential resignations and suicides that could end the Republican majority in the Senate and lead to special appointments and elections that end the Republican majority in the House.
A Democratic Party majority in either chamber of Congress will be the death of our legitimately elected President. We believe he has no alternative, if he wishes to both survive and become the greatest President in modern American history – as great as John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan combined – but to deliver this speech and put the full force of his presidency behind the values represented by this speech.

Years ago, I had the occasion to meet a former NSA/CIA contractor, Dennis Montgomery, who was then serving as a consultant for Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County in Arizona. Montgomery revealed to me, as he had to Arpaio’s investigators, that these intelligence agencies, then run primarily by James Clapper, the former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) and John Brennan, the former director of the CIA, had been for years “harvesting” the confidential information of scores of prominent Americans, such as the chief justice of the Supreme Court, other justices, 156 judges, prominent businessmen such as Donald Trump, and even me. Indeed, anyone who was in the public eye or an activist was within the sights of the intelligence agencies.
This surveillance, according to Montgomery, was being carried out without probable cause that there was any connection to communications with terrorists or that a crime was being committed. It was done simply to collect confidential information that could be used to coerce or blackmail or for what other ever purpose the intelligence agencies had in mind, presumably on behalf of others in or outside of government.

The Nation reveals a much scarier example in its article, “5 Corporations Now Dominate Our Privatized Intelligence Industry.” Reporter Tim Shorrock outlines the latest merger that brings us to this point, one between Pentagon & NSA contractor Leidos Holdings and a division of Lockheed Martin called Information Systems and Global Solutions. Shorrock writes:
The sheer size of the new entity makes Leidos one of the most powerful companies in the intelligence-contracting industry, which is worth about $50 billion today. According to a comprehensive study I’ve just completed on public and private employment in intelligence, Leidos is now the largest of five corporations that together employ nearly 80 percent of the private-sector employees contracted to work for US spy and surveillance agencies.
