Mongoose: Is Israel Going to Carry Out a Wave of False Flag Attacks Against US Bases in Middle Easts?

The source websites are compromised (create security issues for home machines of visitors) and we will not point to  them. The Israelis are claiming they are hacking into ISIS web sites and seeing “proof” that ISIS is planning attacks on US military bases in the Middle East. Remembering that the Israelis are very skilled at faking terrorist and state communications (e.g. their now infamous faking of Libyan government communications with alleged terrorists, from Israeli transmitters covertly placed within key Libyan sites), this should be cause for alarm at the highest levels of the US Government. Remembering that the Zionists can rely on the complicity of sayonim (“helpers”)at all levels of the US military and explicitly including evangelical fundamentalists who seek an apocalyse, it is highly probably that rogue US personnel will assist the Israelis, who will field Arab patsies to die in place, in faking multiple attacks on US military installations in the Middle East. The only countervailing influence is the realization that such attacks will help elect Trump rather than Clinton. The Global War on Terror theater run continues.

Winning the Information War

As revisionist, autocratic states like Russia sharpen their use—and abuse—of disinformation, liberal democracies are failing to keep pace. The Kremlin’s use of information as a weapon is not new, but its sophistication and intensity are increasing. Belatedly, the West has begun to realize that disinformation poses a serious threat to the United States and its European allies, primarily the “frontline states”—Poland, the Baltic states, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine—but also to Western Europe and North America.

A Few Gems, Too Little, Too Late, Not a Grand Strategy and Not Global By Any Stretch of the Imagination

I was paying attention in 2009 when Wayne Porter and Mark Mykleby did their best for the Chairman, and was present when Brent Scowcroft, among others, listened to the Wilson Foundation “launch” of the book's ideas in 2011. I also observed with interest as Patrick Doherty, then of the New America Foundation, tried to develop the ideas with one good meme — sustainability as the central concept – while suffering from arrogance, naivete, and shallow reading so very typical of the light-weight Washington “think tanks.” I bought this book because I think the original thinkers (Wayne Porter and Mark Mykleby) and their mentor (Mike Mullen) were on to something in 2009.

Civil unrest: Companies face higher risk of disruption in France than any other western economy – Global index

Civil unrest is significantly more disruptive to business in France than in any other western economy, reveals a new global index released by risk consultancy Verisk Maplecroft, which rates the country ‘high risk’ alongside emerging markets, such as Brazil and South Africa. France’s deep-rooted culture of political protest and strikes has seen the country ranked 16th most at risk globally in the latest quarterly Civil Unrest Index (CUI) from Verisk Maplecroft. The ranking of 198 countries measures triggers for unrest: the frequency and severity of mass demonstrations and protests: the effects on business; and the mechanisms in place to avert disruption. As companies assess the viability of relocating European headquarters from the UK following the Brexit referendum, the findings provide a useful insight into some of the structural problems facing business in France.

Why Is the U.S. Air Force Dismantling Some of Its Stored A-10s?

Old Warthogs should remain flyable

by JAMES STEVENSON, War is Boring, 3 August 2016

The U.S. Marine Corps, tired of waiting for the continuously-delayed F-35B, has gone to the Arizona boneyard to retrieve some of its preserved, first-edition F-18 Hornets to fulfill its close air support obligation to protect Marines on the ground.

Mindful of the aphorism “willful waste makes woeful want,” the Marine Corps preserved its F-18s in the boneyard just in case it ever needed them again.
