300 Million Talons…

This study and a wide variety of email and wiki posts may be a tipping point that puts the full weight of the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists into the battle against corrupt judges in the pockets of the banks — specifically, judges that have been ruling against individual home owners being illegally foreclosed, refusing to grant their motions for presentation of the actual mortgage document.  Despite laws being passed that demand exactly that, the judges are being paid to ignore those laws.

SchwartzReport: BP Does Not Pay Out, Continues to Screw the Gulf Coast, Uses Its Own Police to Block Journalists, Local Politicians Are Collaborating with BP Agains the Public…

schwartz reportThe story has passed from the media's attention. If you listen to the mainstream media, and look at all those cozy, “come on down y'all” ads BP has put up on television, things have returned as if the oil spill never happened. As this story makes clear, it is all an Orwellian propaganda lie. I ran this story because a reader on the Gulf Coast wrote to tell me t! hat whatever I thought was going on, human lives, the coast, and the ecosystem were still devastated. This carbon energy crisis may not really be over for years; indeed, things may never be as they once were.

The Gulf Coast May Never Recover
MAUREEN NANDINI MITRA, Managing Editor – Earth Island Journal

EXTRACT:

Most people I know who have been directly affected by the spill have lost faith in the recovery process. They tried to give BP the benefit of the doubt and work with [claims czar Kenneth] Feinberg, who was tasked by BP to handle the claims after the initial claims process failed. People were asked to fill out paperwork over and over again and their claims were still rejected for reasons not made clear to them. No one seems satisfied that their elected officials fought the fight for them. Most of them don't believe any money will trickle down to them at all.

In light of this blog post, it is evident the official versions of this event is losing more and more and more credibility. If they are lying about how the older brother died, what else are they lying about?

This blogger poses some pointed questions that imply the police account of the death of the oldest Boston marathon bomber is a fraudulent one. While this blogger makes no effort to offer a conspiracy theory positioned from a larger context, other than indicate the cops may be merely covering up their trigger-happy engagement with the suspect, his observation and other questions, at the very end of the post, provides further material for those of us concerned about a wider false-flag conspiracy committed by the US federal government.

If he died from the cop's trigger-happy shooting, why does the autopsy picture of the suspect not show him riddled Swiss cheese-like with many more bullets than is evident in the photo? It seems only a limited number of bullets (or “multiple”, as the MD says below), plus bomb blast shrapnel, killed him. The MD below also said his body was not disintegrated, which one would expect of a human body hit by a barrage of bullets coming from many guns. Unfortunately, the blogger says nothing about this. The autopsy picture is reproduced above.

This is an all-out psy op at this point with bizarre claims of “double agents” and future attacks in the works.  Having been caught with their pants down–where the younger Tsarnaev brother, Dzhokhar, was even photographed while leaving the scene with this backpack intact and spent his week as a normal college student–and  and now they are throwing in everything but the kitchen sink, including fantastic stories of him and his brother, Tameran, as “double agents”, which is nearly as ludicrous as the original story.

Owl: Re Boston & Social Media The Washington Post is Sooooooo Ignorant and Unprofessional

Just finished reading the front page stories in today's Washington Post on Boston bombings. One of the stories mentions the role of crowd sourcing and social media, referring to what they call “vigilante detectives” who propound wildly “irresponsible” theories of what happened. I think it well represents what the Post thinks of web sites such as Phi Beta Iota. Especially interesting is they quote the mother of the Chechen alleged bombers regarding the FBI knowing about them for years. However, they say nothing, zero, zilch, not a word anywhere in the paper about her or father saying the FBI framed them. Very selective quoting.

Also, while the article rants about innumerable vigilante detectives with their cell phone cameras getting in the way of professional investigators, analyzing the photos for clues, they omit any mention whatsoever of vigilante detectives noticing the Craft operatives with their backpacks, and have many pictures to prove it. Whatever one thinks of the significance of those pictures, it is utterly irresponsible journalism to omit any attention to them. Very, very selective reporting, and clearly shows the most powerful propaganda works especially by omissions of facts, of avoiding notice or mention of what is right in front of one's eyes or ears..

Police, citizens and technology factor into Boston bombing probe

But for 102 hours last week, nothing seemed certain in the manhunt that paralyzed a major metropolis, captivated the nation and confronted counterterrorism operatives with the troubling and unforgiving world of social media and vigilante detective work.”

SchwartzReport: BP Spill Kills Dolphins, Blinds Shrimp – Is BP Murdering Lawmakers to Ease Its Way Out? + BP Gulf RECAP

schwartz reportOne clearly sees the character of these corporations in times of disaster. They have obviously spent billions developing extraction technologies, and virtually nothing on how to cope with what happens if it all goes wrong. Here is as clear an example as anyone could provide.

Dead Dolphins and Shrimp With No Eyes Found After BP Clean-up
EMILY DUGAN – The Independent (UK)

Hundreds of beached dolphin carcasses, shrimp with no eyes, contaminated fish, ancient corals caked in oil and some seriously unwell people are among the legacies that scientists are still uncovering in the wake of BP's Deepwater Horizon spill.

This week it will be three years since the first of 4.9 billion barrels of crude oil gushed into the Gulf of Mexico, in what is now considered the largest marine oil spill in the history of the petroleum industry. As the scale of the ecological disaster unfolds, BP is appearing daily in a New Orleans federal court to battle over the extent of compensation it owes to the region.

schwartz reportU.S. Ranks Near Bottom of UNICEF Report on Child Well-being
KATIE MCDONOUGH, Assistant Editor – Salon

The cliché holds that: Our children are our future. If that is true we don't have much of a future. We don't seem to give a damn about our children and, as the UNICEF report makes clear, it shows.

The United States ranked in the bottom four of a United Nations report on child well-being. Among 29 countries, America landed second from the bottom in child poverty and held a similarly dismal position when it came to ‘child life satisfaction.”

Keeping the U.S. company at the bottom of the report, which gauged material well-being, overall health, access to housing and education, were Lithuania, Latvia and Romania, three of the poorest countries in the survey.
