CDC Vindicates Dr. Bukacek, Indicts Itself

It turns out, Dr. Bukacek was right all along, and her understanding of science and medicine has been vindicated in the latest report by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

According to the CDC, only 6% of deaths originally reported as caused by Coronavirus were deaths exclusively caused by Coronavirus. As Dr. Bukacek warned Montanans from the beginning, the rest of the deaths attributed to COVID-19 were in cases in which patients tested positive, but who had other underlying health conditions that actually caused their death.

Medialab Prado: Applying the Open Source Ethic to Civic Innovation

An open data project is exploring new ways to use shareable databases in creative, public-spirited ways.

Now Medialab Prado is trying to go global with its civic incubation model. First Quantum Network in NL Released by End of 2020 Between Delft and The Hague

The first quantum network in the Netherlands will be released around the end of the year. A so-called quantum link (Q-link) will be established between the Dutch cities of Delft and The Hague, which will enable two quantum systems to be linked and entangled.

Phi Beta Iota: This is years away from implementation, but it merits note that the Dutch are far and away the absolute top of the pyramid when it comes to cyber-communications.  They are not as good at sense-making (no one is).
