David Shayler is a former intelligence officer with MI5, the UK's domestic security service. In 1997, he blew the whistle on MI6 funding Al Qaeda to assassinate Colonel Qadhafi of Libya. He will be writing on intelligence and security issues, and Common Law as the solution to the world‘s problems.

Earlier this month, the prestigious US magazine Life became the latest mainstream publication to attack ‘conspiracy theorists'. It cited the usual list of concerns – Agenda 21; chemtrails; weather manipulation; Obama's birth certificate – dismissing conspiracy theorists as gun-totin' right wing Christian extremists.

Hearteningly, the comments in response to the article proved that actually the thinking man in the street has seen through these kind of glib assertions on the part of journalists well-rewarded by the mainstream for their ignorance and inhumanity.

Evidently the US military did not feel it could or should be responsible for the direct recovery of Bergdahn, whether he is a returning deserter or a freed prisoner. A more professional exchange would have dropped off the receiving team, which would have a) taken the time to engage and b) called in for lift-off after being fully satisfied Bergdahl was not another Khost Kathy moment (do not, EVER, wait until you are next to the platform before doing your explosives search).

Equipment is intercepted between the manufacturer and the end-user. At a secret facility called a «load station», devices called «beacons» are inserted clandestinely into a device’s hardware. These pre-positioned access points permit later access by NSA into «hard target» networks around the world.

NSA names its strategic partners in its «collect-it-all», codenamed ASPHALT operations, around the world. These are AT&T, EDS, Qwest, H-P, Motorola, Cisco, Qualcomm, Oracle, Intel, IBM, Microsoft, and Verizon. In all, over 80 «major global corporations» support NSA’s worldwide collection efforts. With corporate cooperation, NSA captures Internet data from seven «international choke point» access sites in the continental United States. Their cover names are Breckenridge, Tahoe, and Sun Valley on the U.S. West Coast; Whistler in the South; and Killington, Coppermountain, and Maverick on the East Coast.

How they would stage a bioterror event

There are future scenarios which, with enough exposure before they happen, can be stopped, or at least analyzed correctly when they occur.

A staged bioterror event is one of those.

The primary fact is: no matter what kind of germ you’re talking about or where it came from, releasing it intentionally does not guarantee predictable results.

For instance, people whose immune systems are at different levels of strength are going to react differently.

The perpetrators may find that less than 2% of people exposed get sick and die.

But there is another strategy that should be understood:

The use of a germ as a cover story for a chemical.

The global ‘war on drugs” has been a catastrophic failure and world leaders must rethink their approach, a group including five Nobel Prize-winning economists, Britain’s deputy prime minister and a former U.S. secretary of state said Tuesday.

An academic report published by the London School of Economics (LSE) called ‘Ending the Drug Wars” pointed to violence in Afghanistan, Latin America and other regions as evidence of the need for a new approach.
