Reality bats last — the US military has not been designed in the context of a Grand Strategy, nor has it been designed with any attention at all to Global Reality.

The US military is too slow, too heavy, too expensive, too complex, and spread too thin to be effective — it cannot deter, defend, or defeat. From the F-35 in the US Air Force to the USS Gerald Ford in the US Navy to the varied cancelled and cumbersome systems of the US Army, the US military is good for one thing and one thing only: enriching the military-industrial complex and the banks behind that complex.

We have, with the election of Donald Trump,a once-in-a-century opportunity to rethink, reinvent, and reinvest in our national military concepts, doctrine, human capital, organizations, technologies, and command structures, while eradicating much of the waste that is characteristic of a “government specifications cost plus” approach to contracting. Donald Trump won against all odds, against both parties, without the support of the military-industrial complex. Donald Trump is “unshackled” (his word) – his instincts on costly foreign entanglements and the utility of organizations such as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) are on display.

Wars are won or lost in the decade or two before those wars begin. Whether countries have a Grand Strategy or not; evaluate all high-level threats or not; devise a coherent force structure in which all services and civilian agencies are complementary, inter-operable, and sustainable or not; invest in the human factor for leadership and solider agility or not – these will determine the outcome of future wars a decade or two before the first shot is fired.

CIA Declares Psychological War on US Public

The media is being played like a “Mighty Wurlitzer” today, from the foundation corrupted hacks at Alternet, to the insider pros at the Washington Post – the entire US media establishment seems to have forgotten the difference between a claim and a fact. It’s post-factual propaganda.

The intent seems to be to intervene in the Electoral College and accuse Trump of being a “Manchurian Candidate,” an agent of Russia!!! Utter nonsense. But such is life in post-truth times. UK ambassador Craig Murray:

I have watched incredulous as the CIA’s blatant lie has grown and grown as a media story – blatant because the CIA has made no attempt whatsoever to substantiate it. There is no Russian involvement in the leaks of emails showing Clinton’s corruption. Yes this rubbish has been the lead today in the Washington Post in the US and the Guardian here, and was the lead item on the BBC main news. WARNING: An Electoral Coup is Underway

This may be the most important thing I've ever written.  On December 19, 2016 the electoral college will vote.  Based on the vote, Trump should receive 306 votes and Clinton will have 232.

However, it is possible for many electors to change their vote.  They aren't bound by it.  There's currently a very well funded attempt to influence electors to flip their votes on December 19th to change the outcome of the election. Despite expectations that it is far fetched, it has a high chance of success.

Completely apart from Deep State – Two-Party Tyranny – Wall Street machinations against Donald Trump, the legitimately elected next President of the United States of America, the current efforts of the US Intelligence Community to blame the Russians for hacking the election are in my view a desperate attempt to distract everyone from the fact that both the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) have been spying routinely on all US politicians and political organizations for over a decade.

There is no presidential or congressional communication or computer that is safe from this illegal unconstitutional treasonous spying on our public officials — including judges — by our own intelligence organizations.

The CIA’s Absence of Conviction

I have watched incredulous as the CIA’s blatant lie has grown and grown as a media story – blatant because the CIA has made no attempt whatsoever to substantiate it. There is no Russian involvement in the leaks of emails showing Clinton’s corruption. Yes this rubbish has been the lead today in the Washington Post in the US and the Guardian here, and was the lead item on the BBC main news. I suspect it is leading the American broadcasts also.

A little simple logic demolishes the CIA’s claims. The CIA claim they “know the individuals” involved. Yet under Obama the USA has been absolutely ruthless in its persecution of whistleblowers, and its pursuit of foreign hackers through extradition. We are supposed to believe that in the most vital instance imaginable, an attempt by a foreign power to destabilise a US election, even though the CIA knows who the individuals are, nobody is going to be arrested or extradited, or (if in Russia) made subject to yet more banking and other restrictions against Russian individuals? Plainly it stinks. The anonymous source claims of “We know who it was, it was the Russians” are beneath contempt.
